Software
Your software will be shipped today and should arrive via US Postal Service in 3 to 4 days. If you already have ConsignPro installed and would like to unlock it, please email us your registration number (click the "Register Now" button on our Sign-On screen) and we can send you the correct unlock password. You can also call us with your registration number at (305) 535 0959.POS Hardware
If you also ordered any of our POS hardware options, they will be shipped today (via UPS) and arrive separately. Unless you have paid for expedited shipping, your POS hardware should arrive within 4 to 8 days.Connecting POS Hardware

Be sure to go to the "Maintain Store" screen and put a check in the "Canadian Use" check box. This will enable alpha-numeric zip codes. Also see "International Customers" below.International Customers
ConsignPro requires dates to be in m/d/yyyy format. To change this on your computer. Go into Control Panel, Regional & Language Options. Click the Customize button. Click the Date tab. Change the short date format to "m/d/yyyy". This is critical to ConsignPro working properly.
